Our Guarantee

Shipping

We want you to be as happy and confident about your purchases as we are about supplying them. Whether you’re buying in-store or online we want the process to be as smooth and convenient as possible. We will maintain contact with you from the time you buy until the item is in your home.

Furniture deliveries in and around the A.C.T. are free. You can also pick up in-store, most people do this for items that fit in the car such as paintings and lamps. We may, at our discretion, charge for delivery of items other than furniture. Within the A.C.T. deliveries are $50.00. Delivery fees outside the A.C.T. are determined on a case-by-case basis.

In Australia, Pedemonts ship our furniture to capital cities and surrounds. We use Australia Post or Interparcel to ship art and other items depending on the size of the item and your location. You can choose the delivery option at the checkout for online purchases. We are happy to discuss shipping options with you for online or in-store purchases and consider any recommendations you may make.

In regional areas of Australia we may need to undertake research to find the most reliable and cost-effective shipping method. This is obligation free to you. You are welcome to recommend your own preferred shipper.
